According to the emergency services, a car crashed on the A13, near Sanem, shortly before 7pm on Friday evening. The vehicle had crashed into the barriers, leaving one person injured. The Käerjeng and Sanem-Differdange fire brigades, as well as the Esch-sur-Alzette ambulance were dispatched to the scene.
At around 2.30am, another accident was reported in which a car had flipped on the CR335 between Clervaux and Maulusmuehle, resulting in three injured people.
Given the severity of the accident and the number of people involved, the emergency services had to organise a large intervention: five teams were sent to the scene.
In addition, the fire brigade responded to a fire that had broken out in a kitchen in Hollerich, but no injuries were reported.
