
With the Diekirch campus at full capacity, this additional location will offer the same training programmes while reducing long travel times for students from the central and southern regions – areas currently underrepresented in the school’s student body, Education Minister Claude Meisch stated at a press conference on Monday.
The new site will be housed in the GridX building as a temporary solution, with the government securing a nine-year lease. By then, the long-term plan is to relocate the second campus to the renovated castle in Sanem.
Hotel school director Michel Lanners anticipates around 70 new student registrations at the Wickrange site, further expanding access to high-quality hospitality education in the country.
