The report, coming at the end of the meteorological winter, confirmed it was an abnormally mild, wet winter - the third warmest, in fact, since Luxembourg's records began in 1838.
Overall, temperatures were 2.6°C higher than average.
Record amounts of rainfall were also recorded in Koerich.
The high amount of rain is both good and bad news for the agricultural sector: the rainfall means there is sufficient water reserves in the ground, but it has also softened the earth in many places, which could impact work in the fields.
The ASTA collected data from 32 weather stations to compile their report.
