Post has been experiencing a number of issues with its electronic processing of paper-based transfers since the start of last week. This is due to a hacker attack at Victor Buck Services, the company in charge of carrying out this service for Post, which took place sometime last week.
Post is expecting the problem to be solved by the end of the week. The company also stated that it had made its customers aware of the issue and offers them to submit their bank transfers for free at their local Post office.
