On Saturday evening around 8pm, police carried out a drug check in the Gare neighbourhood.
Officers stopped a suspect believed to be carrying drugs and took them to hospital for a scan. The examination revealed the suspect had swallowed four to five pellets.
On the order of the public prosecutor’s office, the individual was arrested.
