On Wednesday morning, police received reports of dangerous driving on Rue Maximilien in Echternach. A patrol investigated the matter and came across the motorist in question, who smelled strongly of alcohol when questioned.
The driver was made to carry out a breathalyser test, which proved she was over the limit. Police promptly issued a provisional driving ban.
