The suspect, captured in surveillance images, is believed to have been involved in the theft, which occurred on Wednesday, 2 August 2023.
According to authorities, following the theft, multiple cash withdrawals were made using the stolen card. The transactions took place between 6.10pm and 6.20pm in Bonnevoie, and later between 7.20pm and 7.30pm in Lorentzweiler.
