A total of 21 officers participated in the large-scale check, including eleven from the police and ten from the customs office. Authorities found 33 infringements, which ranged from expired certification to worn out tyres, unused seatbelts, and unpaid taxes.
In two cases, officers were forced to immobilise vehicles due to too many technical deficiencies, while another car was seized for lacking insurance. In one case, a driver was charged for not having a license, while yet another one was found to already have had theirs revoked. Four further drivers were caught with unpaid fines, for which they had to make up for at the scene.
