Drunk driving crackdownPolice conduct series of alcohol checks, 8 licenses suspended
Police conducted alcohol checks in Rosport, Echternach, Beaufort, Grevenmacher, and Potaschberg on Friday night.
The checks had been ordered by the public prosecutor's office. Police pulled over around 300 drivers. Alcohol tests came back positive in 18 cases. 8 licenses were suspended on the spot.
