Shortly after 1am, police stopped a motorist on Rue de Hollerich in Luxembourg City after he was spotted zigzagging as he drove down the road. The breathalyser test came back positive.
Around 2am, a police patrol was alerted to a motorist speeding down the N15 from Heiderscheid towards Ettelbruck. The police chased the driver as far as Roost, where they were able to pull the vehicle over and check the man inside. Officers found the man was intoxicated and did not possess a valid drivers' licence, which led to a driving ban and a report.
