
On Tuesday morning, Luxembourg police confirmed receiving reports of two separate burglaries occurring across different areas of the country.
In Syren, a house fell victim to a burglary on Monday afternoon. Intruders gained access to the property, searching several rooms before fleeing.
Similarly, in Foetz, another detached house was targeted on Monday night. According to police statements, burglars successfully broke into the residence, making off with coins and an empty safe.
In response to these incidents, law enforcement despatched forensic teams to conduct on-site investigations.
Preceding these burglaries, on 31 March, police apprehended an individual who had broken into a shop in Echternach, stealing a tablet, mobile phone, and some cash.
