A residential burglary occurred in Hellange on Friday morning, with the perpetrators fleeing the scene shortly after the incident. The same morning, local authorities had issued a public warning urging residents to avoid picking up hitchhikers and to report any suspicious activity immediately.
By 9.30am, police confirmed to RTL that suspects had been detained in connection with the break-in.
