
At around midnight, a police patrol noticed a crashed vehicle on Buchler Bridge between the quarters of Gare and Bonnevoie in Luxembourg City. The driver was asked to take a breathalyser test, which came back positive. The man then became increasingly aggressive and had to be immobilised with pepper spray and the assistance of multiple police officers. He was issued a temporary driving ban and had to spend the night in a cell.
On early Wednesday morning, a police patrol came across a man walking along the N3 between Rumelange and Tétange. When the officers approached the heavily intoxicated man, he became confrontational. At the police station, officers found a small quantity of marijuana and cocaine on him. The illicit substances were seized, and the man was fined.
