Drivers in Luxembourg will benefit from notable fuel price reductions from midnight on Wednesday. The price of 95-octane petrol will fall by 9.5 cents, bringing the cost down to €1.793 per litre. Meanwhile, 98-octane petrol will see an even greater reduction of 10.1 cents, now costing €2.015 per litre.
Diesel prices will also decrease, although less dramatically than petrol. From Wednesday, a litre of diesel will be priced at €2.057, representing a drop of 3.8 cents. Heating fuel is set to fall by 3.6 cents, with the new price at €1.539 per litre.
