
A person was hit by a train at around 10.20am at the station in Clervaux, requiring the air ambulance as well as regular paramedics and the local fire brigade. Train services were suspended until around 2.30pm, according to CFL.
At around the same time, a fire broke out in the village of Brattert. Fire fighters from Grevels, Redange, Rambrouch, Vichten and the Nordstad were dispatched to the scene, where they discovered a roof had caught fire.

Consdorf fire brigade was called out at around 10.30am to put out a hedge fire.
Finally, a motorcyclist sustained injuries in a collision at around 8.30pm in Itzig, while two cars collided during the earlier rush hour near Erpeldange, leaving one person with injuries.
