A motorist was travelling in the direction of Pontpierre when a pedestrian stepped out into the road from behind a parked car.
The unlucky pedestrian was struck by the car bonnet, with the force of the impact pushing them into a parked vehicle.
Emergency services attended to the patient at the scene before they were taken to hospital.
