The new member of the municipal executive board, Pascal Nicolay, was sworn in and invested in his new functions at 2pm on Tuesday by Minister for Home Affairs Taina Bofferding.
Luc Rasqui was also sworn in as a member of the Ettelbruck municipal council on Tuesday.
