Clervaux: Due to the weather situation, waste management services have been suspended on Wednesday, affecting both at-home and container collection.
Differdange: The ‘Kannerbongert’ campus remains closed on Wednesday. Children will be cared for at the ‘Woiwer’ school and the ‘Foyer Kornascht’.
Ettelbruck: The municipality has announced that school transportation has been suspended. Children will still be cared for at schools and daycares.
Esch-sur-Alzette: All schools remain shut, but children will still be cared for. School transportation and the ‘Pedibus’ are not operating on Wednesday.
University of Luxembourg: All in-person examinations have been cancelled or postponed. Students will be informed about all pertinent changes.
Lycée Technique pour professions éducatives et sociales: A social gathering at the St. Joseph retirement home, scheduled for 6.30pm on Wednesday, has been cancelled.
Ministry for Home Affairs: All mandatory remote exams have been cancelled.
Bummelbus: All planned trips of the ‘Bummelbus’ from the Forum of employment have been cancelled.
STEP: Both STEP recyclinc centres in Dudelange/Bettembourg and Tétange/Rumelange will remain shut for the entire day.
Post: Mail carriers will not be operating on Wednesday, meaning no newspapers or letters will be delivered. Post branches will remain open, however.
Basketball: The Luxembourg Basketball Federation has announced that all of Wednesday’s games have been cancelled.
LASEP: All sessions have been cancelled.
Amicale des Anciens Spuerkees: The organisation’s general assembly has been cancelled.
Conservatories: All classes and exams have been cancelled. The Ettelbruck Conservatoire has cancelled tonight’s concert.
BnL: The national library has suspended its ‘Book Bus’ services. The library itself, however, remains open, but will close early at 6pm.
