At 5.05pm, an accident occurred on the A7 between Schieren and Colmar-Berg, resulting in one person being injured. Responders included an ambulance from Nordstad and fire brigades from Colmar-Berg and Bissen.
Later, at approximately 6.13pm, a car and a van collided on the A1 between Flaxweiler and Munsbach. No injuries were reported in this incident.
In addition to the traffic accidents, three fires were reported that evening. Bins caught fire in Luxembourg City and Echternach, and a fuse box ignited in Gostingen.
