Two culprits snatched a pedestrian’s watch from their wrist and escaped. Thanks to the description provided by the victim, one of them was located a short while later.
This individual was arrested on the orders of the public prosecutor’s office and presented to an examining magistrate the following day. A complaint has been filed against the second culprit.
