The Bissen fire brigade, an Ettelbrück ambulance and a first responder (Samu) were on call to attend to the injured driver. The road was closed during the clearing process, but further details remain unknown.
Another wildfire broke out just after 11pm, this time between Harlange and Bavigne. Fire fighters hailing from Boulaide and Lac de la Haute-Sûre were dispatched.
Lastly, a tree was reported to be on fire around 1.30am on Tuesday morning on Route de Luxembourg in Rolleng in Mersch. The Mersch fire brigade was at the scene to extinguish the fire.
