On Thursday afternoon, four cars were involved in a crash on the A1 towards the Croix de Gasperich, leading to traffic jams on both sides of the motorway as vehicles slowed down to view the aftermath.
According to the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps, one person was hurt in the crash. Fire fighters from Luxembourg City were joined at the scene by an ambulance, also from the capital.
