The Ministry of State confirmed the news to the newspaper ‘Luxemburger Wort’.
Due to the legislative elections, the speech will not be delivered in October, as in previous years. Several years ago, it was a political tradition for the Prime Minister to hold this speech in the spring, but this is not planned either.
