It should not take long for the draft law to be validated, as the state council will deliver its verdict on Monday. From there, it will be immediately analysed by the parliamentary committee.
At that stage, any remarks made by the state council will be taken into account before the report is finalised by Mars di Bartolomeo so it can be voted on on Tuesday.
Therefore, the new measures could come into force as early as Wednesday.
