The car park will be accessible via a roundabout, extend over seven levels, and offer space to 1,600 cars. The roof of the building will be green and hold a photovoltaic installation.
The car park will also be directly connected to the station itself, so that visitors can access all platforms from a flyover.
The station itself will receive a facelift, meaning that the location is to be modernised so that it can respond to modern standards and needs. Individual platforms will receive a steel roof.
Construction works are expected to be completed by end of March 2022.
