ArcelorMittal has announced that Henri Reding will step down as country head, with Valérie Massin appointed as his successor.

ArcelorMittal Luxembourg has announced a board change, with Valérie Massin replacing Henri Reding — who has led the company since 2023 — as head of the Luxembourg business.

Massin,a former lawyer, has worked in human resources at ArcelorMittal for many years.


In her first statement as head of country, she signalled a focus on decarbonisation, closer relations with residents living near the firm’s sites, and improving the sustainability of office operations.
