The police are investigating multiple residential break-ins, including two cases in Heisdorf and Bivange where intruders forced entry through vulnerable access points.

Luxembourg police issued a bulletin on Tuesday morning detailing a series of recent residential break-ins, with two incidents drawing particular attention.

In the first case, intruders forced entry through a veranda door at a property on Route de Luxembourg in Heisdorf on Monday afternoon, making off with unspecified valuables.

That same day, another break-in occurred on Rue Léon Maroldt in Bivange, where perpetrators gained access via a cellar window. While authorities confirmed the property was ransacked, they did not disclose whether items were stolen.

Advice on how residents can protect themselves against burglaries is available on the police website.
