An accident occurred on the CR358 between Ermsdorf and Medernach at around 6.50am on Tuesday, in which a motorist lost control of their vehicle in a right-hand bend, ended up in a ditch, and struck a concrete block. The car was badly damaged in the collision.

Emergency services on the scene had to cut open the vehicle to rescue the driver. The SAMU was also called to the scene and the driver taken to hospital.
