A driver in Flaxweiler kicked off the new year with a bang – by speeding at 119 km/h, more than 40 km/h over the limit, and immediately losing their license.
On New Year’s Day, a police patrol in Flaxweiler spotted a motorist who was speeding at 119 km/h, well above the 70 km/h speed limit on the CR142.
Officers promptly stopped the vehicle and confiscated the driver’s license.
