Chamber of Deputies Motion for strong signal against antisemitism

RTL Today
A motion handed in by LSAP deputy Mars di Bartolomeo and CSV deputy Laurent Mosar, was accepted unanimously.

On Wednesday the socialist deputy Mars di Bartolomeo emphasised that Parliament did not only want to take a stand against antisemitism because Luxembourg has got the presidency of the IHRA, the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance.

Di Bartolomeo and Laurent Mosar are the authors of the motion and the CSV deputy emphasised that the root of antisemitism has to be weeded out of the hate-soil. Antisemitism begins in the everyday and that's where it has to be attacked.

It is not enough to write ''never again'' on a memorial and then forget about everyday life.
