3,000 calls per weekMobility Centre recorded over 150,000 calls in 2022

The 15 employees of the Mobility Centre's call centre received almost 3,000 calls per week last year. They were reportedly able to handle 71% of these calls.

Almost one in ten was about a complaint. In most cases, the problem could be resolved over the phone.

In addition, around 10,000 people contacted the Mobility Centre by e-mail or letter. In about 3,000 cases, these were complaints.

These figures were provided by Minister for Mobility François Bausch in response to a parliamentary question submitted by the Pirate Party.
