While preparations for National Day and National Day Eve in the capital are still underway, a traditional military parade in honour of the event will already take place in Diekirch on Tuesday morning.
Every year, the parade draws numerous visitors to Diekirch, and today’s weather forecast once again promises a high attendance rate.
To ensure that there will not be any disturbances during the parade, local authorities have shut some of the streets to traffic and set up detours. Certain bus stops will not be accessible.
Motorists are thus advised to avoid the area on Tuesday morning. Visitors of the parade should make sure to arrive well-ahead of time.
