Update: the alert level has been raised to orange.
The alert covers the entire Grand-Duchy, with the sweltering heat being particularly intense from 12–9pm on Monday. Temperatures are expected to range from 30–33°C before dropping down to 18°C in the evening.
On Tuesday, temperatures will soar once again to 34°C across the country. However, the weather will cool down again as the afternoon will bring thunderstorms and some light rain.
