As part of a long-standing tradition, 52 mayors from across Luxembourg will gather at the Schueberfouer to serve guests at 17 different restaurants on Tuesday evening. The charity initiative runs from 7–10pm, giving visitors the chance to be served by their local mayor, or the mayor of a nearby town.
Mayors will earn a symbolic salary of €5,000 for their work, which is then donated to the Luxembourg Red Cross in its entirety.
