The warmest temperature of the month was recorded on 30 March: 15°C. This is far below the warmest temperature ever recorded in March, which was 23.5°C in 2021.
There were two days of snow last month and the maximum accumulation was 3 centimetres on 8 March.
High wind speeds also occurred last month, the maximum being 87 km/h, recorded on 10 March. The month counted a total of two storm days, meaning days on which wind speeds exceeded 75 km/h.
March was also considered overly wet with a precipitation increase of 173% compared to the reference period.
