At 2.45pm on Thursday, police were told a man was throwing stones at an office window in Belair. Officers intercepted the man at the scene and found out he had got into an argument with a co-worker, before deciding to vandalise the building.
During the investigation it transpired that the man's residency permit was invalid. He was taken to an administrative detention centre by order of the foreign ministry, where he underwent medical checks.
