A worker suffered a 15-metre fall from a platform, which came off due to unknown reasons. He was seriously injured and treated at the scene by first responders, before eventually being transported to a hospital.
Both the prosecutor's office and the Labour and Mines Inspectorate (ITM) have been tasked with an investigation into the incident.
