While most incidents involved verbal disputes that had subsided by the time authorities arrived, one incident escalated on Rue de Strasbourg around 10.20pm.

Upon arrival, police encountered a lone individual running recklessly through the street, toppling barriers in his path. Despite officers’ attempts to calm him and restore order, the individual remained agitated and directed insults toward the police. Due to concerns for his safety and that of others, authorities decided to take him into custody following a medical assessment.

Additionally, the individual received a penalty notice for insulting civil servants.

In separate incidents on Friday night, the police responded to reports of burglaries in various locations. In Pontpierre, unidentified perpetrators shattered the window of a terrace door, triggering the house alarm. The culprits fled through an adjacent field.

Meanwhile, in Schuttrange, burglars accessed a residence through a terrace door and proceeded to search the rooms. Several electrical appliances were reported stolen.
