A man was taken into custody in Kirchberg after unlawfully returning to a victim’s home just a day after being evicted due to domestic violence, defying a legal prohibition and prompting immediate police intervention.

A man was arrested in Kirchberg after illegally returning to the home of a victim from which he had been evicted due to domestic violence. Authorities reported that despite a legal prohibition, the individual broke into the residence during the night from Thursday to Friday.

This eviction, a standard measure in domestic violence cases, had been enforced just a day prior. Following the public prosecutor’s directive, police intervened on-site and took the man into custody.

The public prosecutor was informed of the incident. The perpetrator was scheduled to appear in front of the examining magistrate on Friday afternoon.
