
No people or livestock were injured in the blaze, although reports indicated large amounts of material damage.
The alarm was raised at around 9.15pm, with fire crews from Clervaux, Troisvierges, Wilz, and Wincrange answering the call, supported by the Troisvierges ambulance service.

A number of hedges caught fire in Goebelsmühle shortly before 7pm, requiring intervention from Goesdorf and Bourscheid firefighters.
Later on, a fire caused by burning rubbish occurred on rue du Village in Girst, near Rosport, around 8pm. Four fire crews from Mompach, Osweiler, Rosport and Remich responded to the incident.
Finally, a car caught fire in Stafelter at 9.15pm. Niederanven firefighters assisted in extinguishing the blaze.
