EU targets exceededLuxembourg's gas consumption down by over 25% in March
In a press release issued by the Ministry of the Economy on Thursday morning, it was announced that Luxembourg has once again exceeded its gas-saving targets set by the EU.
During March 2024, Luxembourg achieved a significant reduction in gas consumption, surpassing the EU-mandated minimum savings requirement of 15%. Compared to the reference period of 2017-2022, gas consumption was down by 27.8%.
