How better to attain the magic of Christmas than through sparkling light displays? This year, some 56 kilometres of luminous garlands will adorn the capital, illuminating more than 250 trees.
The Christmas markets on Place d’Armes and Place de la Constitution will open to the public on 21 November, closing on Christmas Eve, as is tradition.
On 1 December, the traditional St Nicolas parade will cross the city, from the Central train station to Place Guillaume II.
