The municipality of Luxembourg City has indicated that this work will require the complete closure of the affected part of Avenue de la Liberté between 10pm and 5am “for the entire duration of the work”.
However, municipal authorities fail to specify the exact nature of the work.
A traffic diversion has been set up via Rue Jean Origer and Rue de Bonnevoie towards the Bonnevoie ring road to reach the Gluck roundabout, as well as the districts of Howald, Bonnevoie, and Hesperange. The Luxembourg City traffic department has already established the detour route, which should be easily identifiable thanks to the appropriate signage.
