Food safety alertLuxembourg authorities recall Auchan ratatouille and Alnatura crisps

RTL Today
Shoppers in Luxembourg are being warned to check their pantries after potential glass and wood contamination was identified in products from Auchan and Alnatura brands.

The Luxembourg Veterinary and Food Administration (ALVA) has issued separate recall notices for two food products found to potentially contain hazardous foreign materials. The affected items include a prepared vegetable dish and a snack product distributed nationwide.

The first recall involves Auchan’s “Ratatouille gourmande” sold in glass jars, which may contain glass fragments in some units.

The second concerns Alnatura brand sea salt crisps, which may contain wood-like particles in packages sold between 11 February and 21 March 2025.
