At the same time, LuxairTours also recorded a 66% drop in revenue, which equals a loss of €54 million.
Cargo travel on the other hand has increased since the beginning of the pandemic. Nevertheless, growing costs mean that there is still a €10 million loss to be registered, despite the fact that the negative impacts were much less significant than for passenger travel.
The respective report for the year 2020 was thus concluded with the words “perseverance and motivation”.
