Jacques Schneider, Luxembourg’s famous artist / photographer / painter is an ambassador of UA Days 2024, the LUkraine organized festival aimed at sharing the richness of Ukrainian culture and fostering multicultural exchanges between both countries. This years theme is “Living Together”.
The newly revealed collection, under the motto “One Mermaid. Two Nations. Same Values” is a display of solidarity towards the Ukrainian people and marked the beginning of this year’s festival.
Having worked with almost all Luxembourg companies, institutions and celebrities, from Luxlait and Cargolux to the Grand Ducal couple, Schneider knows the importance of cherishing culture and preserving it.
Asked about his view on the collaboration, the artist commented: “We (Luxembourgers and Ukrainians) are very similar, we are the same. We want the war to be over, with final peace in Ukraine. We want to live peacefully in our own ways and cultures”.
