Feasibility studies have been initiated for K22, a property in partial state ownership since the summer of 2023. Minister Roth’s remarks came in response to a parliamentary question from the Pirate Party. Additionally, deliberations are underway to potentially accommodate the Service for Housing Aids within the premises.
The government invested over €270 million to acquire partial ownership of the building.
