Two months after a major blaze at an old sports hall in Lultzhausen, the municipality of Esch-sur-Sûre confirmed in a press release that the ensuing investigation has been completed and that no criminal background was found. The equipment of the clubs that used the hall has since been removed from the building.
Looking ahead, the municipality has announced that a new facility is to be built on the site in Lultzhausen.
It will be a modern piece of infrastructure designed to take into account the needs of the local population, in particular the clubs and schools. Residents will be involved in the development of the new project, the press release states.
