A police patrol visited the scene where the individual was harassing and insulting visitors at the “Wantermaart” Christmas market, as well as being aggressive towards stall owners.
As the man refused to calm down when approached, and was visibly heavily intoxicated, police took him into custody overnight to sleep it off.
