In 2021, the state designated the property for public use, a decision that prompted the landowner to challenge it in court. However, the impasse has now been amicably resolved outside of court proceedings. The Ministry of Mobility confirmed on Wednesday that with this resolution, preparations for the expansion can start “soon.”
